Developed in 1998 by an amateur mycologist within the community. The strain has its origins from the Texas Orange Cap mushrooms which were a domesticated version of the wild Texan Cubensis strain.

Texas Yellow Cap (Psilocybe Cubensis) – Dried Mushrooms
Potency Rating: Great psilocybe cubensis strain that is perfect for beginners.
Dosing Guidelines: (These dosing guidelines are meant specifically for the consumption of Psilocybe cubensis, the most common species. Other species may be more or less potent.)
Microdose: 0.1 – 0.5 grams A microdose is 1/10th of a normal dose that produces psychedelic effects. An average microdose is 0.3 grams.
Low Dose: 0.5 – 2 grams A low magic mushroom dosage is a dose where you can start to feel some psychedelic effects.
Moderate Dose: 2 – 3.5 grams A moderate dose of magic mushrooms will have more intense psychedelic effects.
High Dose: 3.5 – 5 grams A high dose of magic mushrooms can give intense effects, with major changes to your thoughts, cognition, perception, and mood. You may experience the effects of a moderate dose (at a greater intensity).
Please use caution when dosing. It’s recommended that you start with a more mild strain of shrooms before progressing to a more potent strain. Can cause nausea.
Do not mix magic mushroom products with alcohol or other anti-depression medication (SSRI) as it dulls the experience or blocks it completely.
